All bottle prices listed on our online Shop include VAT and UK duty, and may be subject to change.
Age restriction
It is an offence for any person under the age of 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, intoxicating liquor. Please note that an adult must be present to receive any wine ordered through our online Shop.
Delivery and shipping
Wherever possible, we offer 1-2 working days delivery (Monday to Friday) to UK Mainland addresses at a flat rate of £10 for any order under £120 placed by 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders over £120 are delivered free to UK Mainland addresses. Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will usually not be despatched until the following working day.
In most cases, we use an external courier to deliver orders placed through our online Shop. While we will always do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible, no guarantee can be made on delivery timescales as we rely on the availability and schedule of our courier partners. We will not be liable for any late delivery.
Shipping to Scottish Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland is £20 and may take a little longer to arrive than 3-5 working days.
We will arrange the delivery to the delivery address provided by you at the point you submit your order. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Deliveries are usually made between 9am-6pm, however you may receive your package outside these hours of the day. We cannot specify the time at which orders will be delivered but if you miss a delivery, you will receive a card and/or email to arrange re-delivery.
Please note if you miss a delivery, our carrier will only hold onto the item(s) for 5 working days before returning your order to us. Re-delivery following this return will be charged at the standard rate. If the order is returned to us by our courier and you wish to cancel the order, you will be refunded the price of the order minus any delivery charges.
Wines on the website may be temporarily or permanently out of stock. Should such a situation arise, we will be in contact to inform you of any delivery delay. Should a wine no longer be available, we will suggest a potential alternative or process a full refund.
We do not currently offer international delivery.
All packaging used to ship our products is fully recyclable, including all protective packaging.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping but may incur a fee if the order has already been processed, picked and/or packed. Please email us at hello@naturalbornwine.com.
Returns
If we have sent you the wrong bottle, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods and cover the cost of postage, please email us at hello@naturalbornwine.com.
For damages in transit, please email us at hello@naturalbornwine.com within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns of unopened, properly kept items can be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please email us at hello@naturalbornwine.com.
Faulty wines
We hope you will enjoy your wine. In the rare event that you suspect that you have received a faulty product please re-cork or cap the wine and email us at hello@naturalbornwine.com. We will be able to help you determine whether the wine is faulty or showing a characteristic that may be typical (part of its flavour profile) or temporary.
We will refund tainted bottles but reserve the right to refuse a refund if the issue is more a matter of taste than a genuine flaw. Products and their original packaging must be kept until we inform you whether we want you to return them to us or not as we may wish to complete further analysis of the product.
Data protection and usage
Natural Born Wine abides by the law relating to the gathering of data from our website. We will not pass on any data collected through our newsletter or by the use of our website and online shop, nor will we sell your information to any third party.
